God so loved the world...
Written by Brother Pearry Green
A photograph was taken from space by the first people who went to the moon. This is a picture of the Earth, a terrestrial ball on which you live.

I think it's rather unique that of all the pictures that NASA put out, that they put one out that shows the Middle East, with Israel in the center of it, and clouds covering everywhere else. It's a place that God chose to do something special on this earth, and we call it the Holy Land, the Promised Land. Most of the things that happened in our Bible happened on that little piece of land of Israel, twenty-six miles wide and eighty-nine miles long. But there was a time when a man wrote a verse of Scripture, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on Him should not perish, but should have everlasting life." |

I believe the same God that saw that plan knew that at the end He was going to have to destroy this earth with fire. I believe that He knew that there was going to be a group of people that He was going to call a Bride that was going to be present here. I think He knew the evil and the deception that would be present, and He said, "I'm going to have to do something to demonstrate to them again what I mean and how I mean for them to live and accomplish their life." Therefore, I believe that God had his prophet speak about one to come that would turn the hearts of the children back to the fathers, one that would restore all things, and correct things that had gone off into error. I believe that God continued to love this world so much that in the end time He promised to send us a prophet with the spirit of Elijah. (Malachi 4:5-6) |
